Terms and conditions.
These Terms constitute a binding contract between the Customer and LZ Import and Export Trading. The Customer acknowledges agreement and acceptance of these Terms by making a purchase, placing an order or otherwise shopping on our Website (the “Site”). These Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Purchase price and Product Images
Prices are listed on our website, and are subject to change without notice. All prices EXCLUDE VAT unless otherwise stated.
Please note that images are for illustrative purposes only.
Shipping:
Processing of Orders will commence on payment been cleared. Processing can take between 24 – 48 Hours during Weekdays (Monday – Friday). If orders are placed on Friday or on the weekend, Please expect processing of orders only to commence the following business week.
LZ Import and Export typically ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (this excludes weekends & public holidays). We try our best to DISPATCH all orders the same day. Please note that this is a BEST EFFORT service.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
PLEASE NOTE – Their may be difficulty, or in some cases no shipping to certain townships, farms, plots or extreme outlying areas, dependent on the Courier’s delivery coverage.
Payment is due before shipment.
Once Proof of Payment has been emailed to sales@cctvjhb.co.za, processing of the order will commence. We will attempt to send out package within 24 – 48 hours.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our Web site(s). However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We make no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and you have paid, we shall immediately issue a credit. We also do not guarantee that our prices listed on other web sites or price engines are accurate or up-to-date.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible for any typographical errors including instructions, descriptions, prices or terms.
We will not be held responsible for missing, damaged, or late package delivery by the shipper.
Standard Return of merchandise (RMA) and Warranty Policy
We want you to be happy with the purchase you have made from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us and we will either refund, credit, repair/replace it, subject to the below terms and conditions.
You can return purchases for a refund (excl shipping). Please return within 7 days, inclusive of packaging, and the original invoice to the branch you purchased it from.
All items are covered by a 6 -12 (Depending on the type of Product) month warranty (unless otherwise stated) which will be honoured directly by LZ Import and Export Trading. All products will either be replaced/repaired/refunded depending on stock availability. Products will require evaluation by LZ Import and Export Trading before a warranty claim can be accepted.
Should the item being returned for assessment be found to be in good working order, unfortunately the collection and re-shipping fee will apply *from *** per shipment.
We do not reimburse your fee to ship to us, but we will pay for return shipping if the item is subject to replacement. If the item you wish to return was ordered incorrectly / is no longer required / you have changed your mind, there is a collection of fee of *** that will be charged and this will be deducted from the refund amount
All returns are subject to a % restocking/administration fee if item is no longer in BRAND NEW condition or if item seal/packaging has been broken.
Should a purchase date sticker not be present on an item, the warranty is immediately null and void.
LZ Import and Export Trading reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged from misuse, items are missing, or if the product is altered in any way.
LZ Import and Export Trading or its affiliates are not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur as a result of using or misusing any product purchased from us.
The warranty will no longer be valid, and LZ Import and Export Trading will not be responsible for damage or injury of any kind resulting from:
- Electricity fluctuations and surges, lightning strikes, faults in the building wiring, faulty installations, and improper use of controls.
- Failure to use the product in accordance with the operating instructions and or general misuse and or abuse.
- Damage caused by a superior force (vis maior) or if the product has been infested with insects or pests.
- If the product is physically damaged after it left the store.
- If water or liquid caused the damage to the product.
- If the warranty seal has been tampered with.
- Any repair or tampering by an unauthorised person or attempt to repair or tamper with the equipment, or use of parts not supplied by authorised agents, or alterations or modification to the equipment shall render the warranty null and void.
Privacy and Security
Any information about you, your email address, your purchases, etc. is kept confidential and NOT given or sold to ANY third party for ANY reason (unless required by a government office or by a court order). This includes your email if you opt-in to receive our newsletter.
