Creating a User

  1. Click Create New User
  2. In the Username put in the customers phone number e.g. 08212345678
  3. In the Email put in the customers phone number + @lzimportandexport.com e.g. 08212345678@lzimportandexport.com
  4. First Name – Customers first name
  5. Last Name – Customers last Name
  6. Send user Notification – Ensure this is unticked /disabled
  7. Role – If the customer is a normal customer, leave it as Customer, If the customer is an installed, Select Installer
  8. Click “Add User”
